My Story…

Here’s how it all started.. so nearly every weekend during college, I would find myself and my friends out in nature; exploring and adventuring and we always brought along our cameras and documented our adventures and experiences. All the while, I was pursuing a college degree, something felt off. I graduated with a degree in behavioral neuroscience, but I find myself drawn to trees a bit more than pyramidal neurons (neuroscience jokes…).

I believed,..just like many others, in the way we have always been told what we are “supposed to do” in life. Meaning, that the college experience is what leads to a successful future. In that pursuit of the traditional path, I felt something missing. I was compelled to always get back to what made me feel truly whole as a person. Being out surrounded by nature, learning the culture of humanity in new locations, giving back to the community and environment, and simply exploring and creating memories around the world!
